Rebates for Energy Star Appliances

Solar System Rebates and Tax Credits
The California Solar Initiative provides rebates and tax credits to discount the cost of your solar photovoltaic electric system as much as 50%!!  That’s not including the elimination of your electricity bill every month!

Lodi Electric Utility
Lodi customers can receive up to $1,290 in rebates through their Energy Efficient Home Improvement Rebate Program.  Here’s a few ways:

• HVAC Replacement - customers that purchase and install new heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) with a high efficiency seasonal energy efficiency rating (SEER) can receive a rebate:
  • $250 for a 15+ SEER HVAC unit or 14 SEER rooftop unit with variable speed drive or
  • $350 for installation of an ultra-high efficiency of 17+ SEER HVAC unit.
• Requires participation in the HVAC System Performance Test.
• Air Duct Repairs – a maximum rebate of $250 is available if you have leaky or damaged air ducts repaired (Requires participation in the HVAC System Performance Test)
• Air Duct Replacement – a maximum rebate of $800 (Requires participation in the HVAC System Performance Test)
• Whole House Fan – install a whole house fan in your home and receive a rebate of $100
• Attic Fan – install an attic fan and receive a rebate of $40

PG&E – Residential
Receive up to $1000 in rebates from PG&E on your new air and heating system:

• Air Conditioner (room): $50
• Furnace (central natural gas): $150 to $250
• Variable Speed Motor Air Handler System: $50
• Whole House Fan: $100
